GFMix policies:
All sales are final. Once an order is placed we CAN NOT go back and modify the transaction. If you have any order difficulties (such as using a coupon or gift certificate code) please email us PRIOR to placing an order so we can assist you.
Please be sure to listen to our sample tracks prior to purchasing as we do NOT allow returns. If you receive a CD that is scratched or skips, we will replace the CD at no cost. Discounts are NOT combinable (ie, you can not use free shipping and also use a coupon code).
Our goal is customer satisfaction. We take that "extra step" (no pun intended) to make sure YOU are satisfied and EXCITED with your new music. If you are displeased with a product or service in any way, please contact us via email.
All invoices/receipts are sent via e-mail automatically when you complete your purchase. We do NOT send hardcopy of invoices/receipts.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Remember, UPS picks up and delivers Monday-Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are NOT considered days when calculating shipping transit times. (IE, if you order a 2nd day air package and it ships on Thursday, you will receive it the following Monday).
FitChix clothing policies:
All sale, clearance, and special clothing items may not be returned nor exchanged.
At FitChix we want to make our new customers excited and keep our current customers happy. We will gladly exchange any items purchased for a different size or different style as long as the clothing has not been warn, shows no signs of wear, nor has been washed. To keep our costs down and your prices as low as possible, we do not pad our shipping charges – we charge you only the actual amount for your shipping. Therefore, if you decide that you need to exchange an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges and any new shipping charges incurred by us to send you a replacement. If you have questions about an item, or need additional sizing information, please ask these questions PRIOR to placing your order.
